The Rhodiola rosea extract is mostly extracted from the roots and the standardised process ins made so efficient that it captures at least 0.8% of salidroside and 3% of rosavins. The extract is sprayed and dried on maltodextrins, whose temperature and pressure allows the Rhodiola rosea and maltodextrins to mix well with each other.
As medicine, it is taken as 50 to 250 mg mostly 3 times a day. Doctors advise to take it 30 minutes before breakfast and lunch.
